Sales Tax

Alamo Barber charges sales tax:

• For the State of Texas destinations, it is 8.25% sales tax.
• We do not charge sales tax for other domestic or international destinations.
• Customs broker in your country may charge broker and import fees. Their processing may also delay the delivery time of your package

Warranties

If the item fails to operate within 15 days of delivery then please follow our return procedure:  Contact us by email at orders@alamobarber.com  or by telephone (210) 824-1541

You must contact us within 15 days of delivery. Ship the item (via UPS Ground or USPS Postal Mail) back to us. If possible, we will ship you the replacement or credit your credit card. If the item fails after 30 days of delivery, please follow the manufacturer’s warranty procedures. If the product has a warranty, then the warranty information should be on the product’s owner card or elsewhere inside the package, it’s best to keep the paperwork and the box your item came in for this reason. All defective clippers and trimmers under warranty must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair:

Final Sale Policy 

WE ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR STORE CREDIT.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items approved for return. We will accept merchandise for return only within 15 days of receipt, 30 days for an exchange, provided that the merchandise must be in original condition, the customer has retained all original materials, accessories, and packaging. Fees may be increased if shipments are returned to us damaged or without original box.

Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on customized, special ordered, drop shipped merchandise or non-stock merchandise. Some items are non-returnable, including special orders, closeouts/sale items & personal hygiene items, including but not limited to: razors, razor blades, shears, thinning shears, shavers, clippers, clipper blades, trimmer, trimmer blades, nail polish, nail treatments; pedicure, manicure and facial implements, make-up brushes, shaving and hair brushes, neck dusters.
